LeBihan Paces Nazareth at NCAA Regional Meet
Gabrielle LeBihan ’16 posted a personal-best time November 16 to lead Nazareth to 19th place overall at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships at Letchworth State Park.
LeBihan ran a time of 22:43.7 in the six-kilometer race to finish in 40th place. She ran 14 seconds faster than her previous best time on the same course in October. She was just six seconds behind the school record time of 22:37 set by Jessica Brown ’08, ’10G in 2007 at Van Cortlandt Park.
Earlier in the fall, LeBihan earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors after finishing in third place at the conference meet at Saratoga State Park. She posted a time of 18:07 in the five-kilometer race. Lauren Jamieson ’14 earned second-team honors by finishing in 14th place with a time of 18:53.
