LeBihan, Lovett Earn Cross Country Honors
Gabrielle LeBihan ’16 placed second last November at the Empire 8 Conference Cross Country championships at Saratoga State Park and earned first-team all-conference honors for the second year in a row as a result.
LeBihan, of Brant Lake, N.Y. and a graduate of Queensbury High School, posted a time of 17:56.5 on the three-mile course. Earlier in the fall, she broke the Nazareth school record for six kilometers with a time of 22:17.9 at Letchworth State Park.
Kimmy Lovett ’18 also was recognized as Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Year after finishing in 21st place at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Saratoga. Lovett, of Bergen, N.Y. and a graduate of Byron-Bergen High School, had a time of 19:10.9 for three miles.
