Center for International Education

Nazareth College's exchange program with the Universita degli Studi G. D'Annunzio in Pescara, Italy, enables students to gain firsthand knowledge of contemporary Italy. The curriculum presents students with an understanding of Italian history, politics, and culture. Italy has attracted millions of foreign visitors for centuries, with increasing numbers of students choosing to study there each year.

Program Highlights:

  • Italy’s unique geography offers everything from majestic mountains to hundreds of miles of glorious coastline, tiny hilltop villages, and glamorous, modern cities.
  • Ideal for lovers of art, architecture and history, Italy has more United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Sites than any other country.
  • Students visit many artistic and historical landmarks. Group excursions could include Venice, Assisi, Florence, Naples, Capri, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, and Tivoli.
