Bathrooms

• All apartments in Lyons and Breen has two full bathrooms within that apartment. Each bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink. Students in the apartment are responsible for cleaning their own bathroom. 

Common Spaces

• The first floor in each building holds a large sitting area with sky lighting.
• Each apartment has its own living room within the apartment.

Kitchen

• Each apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. 

Laundry

• Laundry is free and there is a laundry room on the first floor with multiple washers and dryers available.

• All floors in Lyons and Breen are co-ed.
• All apartments on campus are able to be gender inclusive within the apartment.

• All single rooms come fully furnished with a twin XL bed, dresser, desk, chair, and armoire.

Storage

• All apartments have a common storage closet available, as well as storage cabinets within the kitchen. 

Windows

• Window blinds are provided.
