Founders Hall

Founders Hall is a corridor-style building that houses 46 returning students in single rooms. The second floor is themed housing.

Founders 101



  • Founders Hall has common bathrooms on each floor. Each bathroom has a number of toilet stalls and shower stalls available. The bathrooms on the floor are gender specific, with gender-neutral bathrooms available on the first floor.

Common Spaces

  • The first floor and ground floor are used by the Nazareth School of Music for offices and practice rooms. 


  • Laundry is free and the laundry room is available in the basement.

  • All floors in Founders are co-ed.
  • Wifi is accessible throughout the building
  • Automatic sprinklers are NOT installed in this building

    • All single rooms come fully furnished with a twin XL bed, dresser, desk, chair, and closet for each student.

  • All Founders rooms have closets and chests of drawers built into the walls.
