Nazareth College sponsors a five-week summer program in Pescara, with excursions to Rome, Florence, Pisa, Siena, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, Paestum, Venice, Torcello, Burano, Murano, Norcia, the National Park of Abruzzo, and the towns of Pescasseroli, Roccaraso, and Scanno. Participants in the program will register for two courses and earn a total of six credit hours. Students do not need to know Italian to participate in this program.
"We figured if we were going to Venice, we needed to try out the boat rides! It was one of the most surreal experiences, trying to understand how the city was built while taking sharp turns around buildings that seemed to be floating on the canals."
