Nazareth University currently sponsors two summer programs to Italy:
Florence: This four-week program in in partnership with the Santa Reparata International School of Art (SRISA) offers Fine Arts, Liberal Arts, Design, and Italian Language courses in both Summer A and Summer B for a total of 3-6 credit hours. Please contact Josh Fess before submitting an application to determine available spots in the SRISA Summer Program.
Rome & Assisi: This two week program runs every 2-3 years. It explores Rome's captivating history and religious foundations in great detail, along with time spent in both Florence and Assisi experiencing even more incredible sights. This program is offered in partnership with the Australian Catholic University - Rome campus, which will serve as the base of operations and will provide a number of opportunities for our group to meet students on campus, and learn from faculty and scholars from around the globe.
You do not need to speak Italian to participate in these programs.
Qualifying freshman, sophomore, and transfer students can use their SPARK Grant for this short-term study abroad program.
