Spring Semester Registration
Fall Semester Registration
Undergraduate students must be approved for registration by their advisor(s) each semester. Dates are published each semester for the official advisement period, although students are encouraged to make an appointment with their advisor at any time to discuss their educational planning and academic issues. The name of your advisor is listed on "My Profile" in your NazNet account (Academic Profile section). For more information about advisement, go to the Academic Advisement website.
After the first semester, undergraduate students register on-line using NazNet.
Fourth-year students in the physical therapy program are registered through the Office of Graduate Student Services.
New undergraduate students are registered for their first term through the Academic Advisement Center.
New students can view their course schedule through NazNet on the My Class Schedule screen after a designated date.
"CourseCodes" are alpha codes listed in the course "Comments" column on NazNet and correspond to the following course information:

If you need or want to take a course that is closed, you MUST put yourself on the waitlist for the course. Faculty will not sign students into closed courses. If you are on a waitlist and a seat becomes available in the course, you will be notified through your Nazareth e-mail. Be sure to watch your e-mail.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee that you will get a seat in the course. You should register for another course in case you do not get into the closed course.
Forms and Petitions (and how to use them!) for course substitutions, pass/fail options, add/drop courses, and more.
Spring Semester Registration:
Summer and Fall Registration:
Graduate students in their first term are registered for classes after academic advisement with your advisor or program director. You can view your schedule through your NazNet account (My Class Schedule).
If you need to request a schedule change, contact the Registrar's office at 585-389-2819 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the first semester, graduate students register on-line using NazNet.
Students in the physical therapy program or Educational Technology Specialist-Hybrid program are registered through the Office of the Registrar.
After the first semester, many graduate programs do not require advisement each term. Check with your program director or advisor for specific requirements for your program. Please remember, however, that advisors are always available to answer questions and provide guidance. If you are not sure the name of your advisor, this can be found in "My Profile" in your NazNet account.
Course registration for undergraduate and graduate students takes place online at NazNet.
